0-30 Days: You can return a product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund*. Products must be in good condition and in the original packaging. Please note that you will need to obtain a Return Goods number (RGN) before shipping your product back to us. You can obtain RGN number by emailing to our return department at [email protected]
Please include as much information as possible about your return including: Your order number, reason for the return, pictures, whether the package has or has not been opened, and whether you are looking for a replacement or a refund. It just takes a few minutes to get the return label if you provide enough information.
Free Return Shipping Case:
Free return shipping applies to incorrect covers received. We will cover the return or exchange shipping cost if the cover you receive is an incorrect size for your vehicle. To help us determine if your return qualifies for free return shipping and meets our guidelines, we may require photographs. We will not offer free return shipping for a cover with sizing issues without a photo of the cover on the vehicle.
- Please note that if the package and cover is damaged you’ll be responsible for the the cost of shipping back to our warehouse.
- Returns initiated 30 days after the date of receipt will be strictly denied.
- Please note that it may take up to 14 business days to process your return and receive a refund.
- Free return shipping does not apply to new and unopened items.
